Fine Dining a la Carte
Glasbern invites you to join us for A la Carte farm-to-table fine dining Sunday through Friday, all year long. (On Saturday nights, we offer prix fixe.)
We raise the food we serve right here on our Lehigh Valley farm, and continually try to expand the number of farm offerings on the menu. Some examples of what we are serving during the winter season are below...let us know what you think!
Fine Dining Details
- Open to the public seven nights a week, all year round
- 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. seatings
- Reservations required -- please call (610) 285-4723 or book online through Urban Spoon
- Dress code is "smart casual", no ripped jeans, work boots, sportswear or hats, please.
If you don't see the time you want on Urban Spoon, please call us -- we might be able to still accommodate you.
