A Farm-to-Table Gastropub
Casual and intimate, our pub invites you to relax fireside with a menu straight from our farm, an award-winning wine list, local microbrew beers, and a full cocktail bar daily from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Our chef has created this lighter-fare Pub menu so that guests of the inn and local friends of Glasbern can enjoy foods raised on our sustainable farm in a casual setting. This menu is served every night to overnight guests, with seatings from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Open to the public, please call 610-285-4723 or visit Urban Spoon.com for reservations.)
Whether you're from the Lehigh Valley or far away, you're welcome to join us for anything from a drink to a hearty dinner. Right now we're still enjoying the warmth of the pub's fireplace, and in the spring the outdoor patio will reopen for nightly outdoor dining and drinks.
Straight from the farm
Renovated from a turn-of-the-century family farm, Glasbern has grown into a 38-room country inn, restaurant and events facility. One hundred and thirty acres of pasture have been returned to the farming practices that were once common in this region of Pennsylvania.
Glasbern Farm provides fresh produce, grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured poultry, and heritage pork to our chefs, and to local families who desire natural alternatives to conventional foods. Our sustainably raised products offer healthy cuisine and peace of mind.
Our goal is to reduce the links in the pasture-to-plate chain to provide you with a memorable dining experience. The Pub's farm-fresh menu celebrates the caring work of Glasbern’s farmers and offers you the delicious fruits of their labor.
