Glasbern will be hosting a pair of al fresco dinners on the patio overlooking the pastures & ponds. The first event will take place on Tuesday, July 15th, 2008 at 6:30pm. The evening will feature wines from around the world, and cuisine prepared off the grill and table side by Glasbern Chef Jeff Unger. Jeff will be offering a four course dinner menu featuring Glasbern Farm’s pastured meats & produce and cold water Maine lobster. A Glasbern representative will be on hand to speak to dinner guests about the paired wines and about life on the farm. The cost of the evening is $90.00 per person inclusive of tax & gratuity.

Glasbern, located at 2141 Pack House Rd. in Fogelsville, PA., is also preparing for Al Fresco Dining on Friday, August 22nd, 2008 featuring “Heirloom Tomatoes”.
